Meet Aisling, our Paid Social Media Manager.
Aisling joined loveholidays during August 2019, after a few years working agency-side within paid social.
What is your favourite holiday destination and why?
"Has to be Vietnam; apart from being obsessed with the food, the people are so welcoming and I loved exploring places like Halong Bay and Sapa."
What does your role involve?
"My role involves heading-up social media, which includes managing both organic and paid social.
"Day-to-day activities consist of designing the social strategy, creating and optimising campaigns and doing the end of report analysis to guide future campaign decisions."
What are your main work projects/challenges for 2019?
"My main work projects will be focused on continuing to grow 'always on' campaigns as well as placing a big focus on testing creatives, channels, audiences and different social formats to help achieve our objectives.
"Another priority will involve entering into new markets with the hope of growing our social presence even further!"
If you had to pick one thing you love about working at loveholidays, what would it be?
"Everyone was so welcoming in my first few weeks and they’ll go out of their way to help you if you have questions."
