Meet Maddy, Customer Service Team Leader.
Maddy joined as a Customer Service Agent during May 2019 and has recently been promoted to Team Leader.
What is your favorite holiday destination and why?
"I can't choose one ... at least not yet!
"There is a whole world to discover.
"Ask me this question when I am grey and old and I might be able to answer with more conviction".
What does your role involve?
"First and foremost I am there to take care of my team; helping them to improve by giving individual support and guidance through supervising the quality of their calls and performance against targets.
"I also support agents outside of my team by answering their daily questions or anything that they might need, so as to ensure that they can provide a good service to our customers.
"I also help with - if necessary - escalating cases for the management team to resolve".
What are your main projects/challenges for 2019 and beyond?
"To keep progressing, as I class myself as being at the very beginning of my professional career."
If you had to pick one thing you love about working at loveholidays, what would it be?
"Since I joined loveholidays no two days have been the same!
