What's your favourite holiday to date and why?
"It’d probably have to be Goa.
"It’s a really beautiful place with so much variety of things to see and do.
"And the food was incredible!"
What does your role involve?
"The main focus of my role is to grow and drive retention (repeat bookings) within our customer database.
"It involves combining a strong understanding of our customers / potential customers with the right proposition and targeting them at the right time / in the right place so that they book their next holiday with us.
"It's about identifying where customers are in their journey of planning a holiday and creating marketing communications that are more relevant, personal and engaging to ensure we’re their preferred brand when they decide to book."
What has it been like joining loveholidays?
"It's been great!
"Everyone’s been really friendly and welcoming and it’s been really interesting getting under the skin of the business challenges and opportunities."
If you had to pick one thing you love about working here what would it be?
"The ambition and energy to get things done.
"Combined with the fact that it’s a great culture and the team is really collaborative."
Whats in your pipeline for the rest of 2019/2020?
"There are three focus areas for me:
"A lot of customer analysis to get a really clear understanding of who our customers are and how we can better serve them through marketing before, during and post trip.
"Supporting the international expansion by tailoring and rolling out some of the great work which is already underway in the UK.
"Making sure we’re getting the most from our CRM and social partners/platforms to ensure we’re set up to deliver our ambitions and drive customer retention and growth now and in the future."
