Product Manager - Manage
Loveholidays is on a mission to keep revolutionising how we book holidays online. We want customers to tell us what they want to do on their trip, and we’ll find that incredible experience that fits their needs. We let millions of customers search through over half a trillion that we curate and are constantly exploring new and innovative ways to create that perfect holiday-finding experience.
About the team
The Manage team wants to give customers the greatest holiday experience by supporting them during their trip through exceptional self-service and world class customer support. We provide customers with all the information they need to go on their holiday through our app and give them the ability to upgrade it with things like excursions and transfers. Ultimately we want customers to have such a great time on holiday that they keep coming back for more.
We work closely with customer experience agents and internal technology teams to build an end to end service that is available to customers on whatever device they use. We work on systems like like chat bots (Sandy) and using AI to create great self-service, agent ticketing systems to optimise support and our cross-device mobile app that customers take with them wherever they go.
