Reporting to the Head of SEO, the Digital PR Lead will manage a high performing digital PR team and lead the development and implementation of our outreach strategy.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

Essential:

Experience managing and developing high performance digital PR teams

Experience developing and owning digital PR strategy

Experience implementing high performing outreach campaigns

Experience of working with SEO teams to drive growth

Excellent understanding of modern SEO and link building

Superb written and oral communications skills, with the ability to think and act with speed

Superb collaboration skills and ability to develop a creative team environment

Highly organised and efficient, able to work clearly and effectively in a fast paced environment

Exposure to data/analytics, and using it to inform future campaigns

Excellent research skills and opportunity analysis

Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders at all levels of seniority

Desirable:

Building a high performance team from scratch

Knowledge and experience of the travel sector

Strong UK media & influencer relationships, ideally in the travel sector

Key result areas:

Develop and implement digital PR strategy and roadmap

Set and achieve clear KPIs and targets to drive growth

Be a coach, mentor and performance manager that supports the development of your team and assists in evolving the team into digital PR experts

Full coordination and management of outreach campaigns from ideation through to execution

Collaborate with other teams to develop best practices and drive a process of continuous improvement for digital PR

Working with internal & external PR teams to ensure aligned brand messaging & campaigns

Work with legal stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are compliant
