Technical Product Manager - Digital Product Infrastructure
Loveholidays is on a mission to build the next generation of online travel agents. We let millions of customers search through over 36 billion offers that we curate and are constantly exploring new and innovative ways to create that perfect holiday-finding experience.
In 2019 we were the fastest growing company in the UK, and since the beginning of 2022 we have been processing a booking every ~30 seconds.
About the team
The Digital Product Infrastructure team enables other teams to deliver faster, better features for all our customers. We are responsible for some of the most important infrastructure underpinning our systems - our CMS (we use Sanity.io), our experimentation platform and our design system. We work with all Digital Product and market teams to ensure we are building the tools that will let us scale faster than our competition. We’re a highly technical team that is constantly pushing the boundaries of what we can do with technology.

About the role
As a technical product manager for Digital Product Infrastructure, you’ll set the team's strategy, deeply understand our internal customers and how we can build systems that constantly unlock engineers and designers from having to maintain things themselves. Your role will be taking our core projects forward and creating truly powerful systems that deliver huge amounts of internal and external value.
What you will be doing:
Drive product development and delivery through amazing prioritization, setting the pace of the team and unblocking execution.
Coming up with the long term vision for our first-of-its-kind experimentation platform and implementing it iteratively
Working closely with our Lead designers on the evolution of our design system and helping teams understand how to implement it
Modeling the future of our CMS and ensuring it continues to unblock engineers and drives value for the business
Manage the teams’ KPIs, report on them and evolve them as the business changes
Work with internal stakeholders like Search and Manage, communicate progress through steering with the leadership team and be part of product leadership to steer other product areas
What skills we look for in you:
You have several (3+ ideally) years experience in a product management role or similar in an internal product / technical product management role
Successful in shipping new and existing internal products and can talk about key metrics and failures around them
Great written and verbal communication skills and an ability to bring stakeholders on the teams journey
Experience in product analytics and tools like BigQuery to unlock insights and give the team visibility into metrics
You’ve worked in cross functional, autonomous teams and have experience doing internal research for customers
A passion for building exceptional products that delight customers and drive business value
Ideally have worked on quite technical, internal products that have multiple consumers, and have experience with experimentation and design ops.
