The impact you’ll have:
Reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, you will provide post amendment and ticketing support for our Amadeus IATA licence bookings, across multiple fare types and multiple markets.
Your day-to-day:
- Ensuring our queue banks are kept clear across multiple Amadeus office ID’s
- Managing Flight cancellations and schedule changes
- Issuing and reissuing of e-tickets
- Making voluntary amendments in accordance with the airline rules
- Processing refunds in Amadeus and BSP Link
Your skill-set:
- Experience of airline ticketing in Amadeus GDS
- Airline fares and pricing knowledge
- Full understanding of BSP ticketing rules by carrier and fare type
- Experience in processing fare and tax refunds
- Knowledge of BSP to identify ADM & ACM notices with the ability to investigate notices
- A thorough understanding of IATA regulations, including requirements for the UK and Ireland
Not necessary but would be desirable to have:
- German speaking would be a advantage
