You have experience working within a busy travel contact centre or branch, so understand the importance of working to service level agreements (SLAs) whilst ensuring you are positive and friendly with your customers.
You are the first point of contact for incoming queries and have a polite, calm manner that naturally puts people at ease; particularly when they might have worries or concerns.
You are familiar with a modern customer service environment, where contact is primarily over the telephone but could also be through email, online chat, social media and you understand the importance of maintaining a consistent approach across all channels.
Our contact centre is open 7 days a week 08:00 – 20:00. Shift patterns are variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract to include some weekend work. We will be happy to discuss with you should you be shortlisted for an interview.
