The impact you’ll have:
At loveholidays, people are at the heart of what we do. Our People team is growing and as a key member of the newly created Business Partnering function you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and teams to develop relevant People strategies that create a positive employee experience and elevate our high performance culture in support of overall business performance.
Your day-to-day:
- Build and maintain partnerships with managers, challenging their thinking and working closely with them to build high-performing teams that meet current and future business needs.
- Develop programmes to enhance employee experience and employee engagement. Implement strategies to engage and retain great talent from their moment of hiring.
- Provide advice and coaching that is commercial, proactive and timely.
- Drive best in class talent and workforce planning actions to build high quality and diverse teams that support business growth now and in the future.
- Understand, analyse and interpret people data to drive meaningful discussions to improve organisation effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Be curious and continue to review opportunities that drive HR process improvements.
Your skillset:
- A credible and confident HR professional with experience operating as a strategic partner with multiple and diverse client groups
- Problem-solving mind-set with the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and develop creative approaches and solutions
- Proven ability to quickly develop a good understanding of business issues and identify and deliver HR interventions and solutions to meet business needs
- Confident with using data and insights to make decisions, influence and create stories
- Strong influencing skills, you truly own and champion what you do
- A track record of successfully managing change activity and delivering impact

- Talent Acquisition Partner screening - 30 mins
- 1st stage with Hiring Manager (Head of People) - 1 hour
- Presentation to CPO, Head of People and stakeholder from the wider business in the office followed by interview with CPO and stakeholder
