You understand what empathy means and that means you are able to adapt and respond to different types of characters, with the understanding that many people have different perspectives of the same situation.
Your time dealing with customer queries in a contact centre means you understand the importance of working to service level agreements (SLAs), whilst ensuring you are positive and friendly with your customers.
As the first point of contact for incoming queries, you have developed a polite, calm manner that naturally puts people at ease, particularly when they might have worries or concerns.
loveholidays is a modern customer service environment, where the majority of contact is via telephone but you will also be trained to respond via email, online chat and social media.
Our contact centre is open 7 days a week 08:00 – 20:00. Shift patterns are variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract to include some weekend work.
You will be eligible for discounted holidays, involved in competitions and incentives (with great prizes), hot drinks, fresh fruit, cakes and snacks. You will also get involved with monthly social events, seasonal parties and will receive full induction training in your first weeks.
