The impact you’ll have

Working within the Commercial Supply Team and reporting to the Head of Direct Contracting, the Contracts Executive will provide valuable administrative support to a small team of buyers, liaise with overseas suppliers and provide back-up while buyers are away on either business or holiday.

Your day-to-day:

• Mailing suppliers for extra inventory - as per bi-weekly Excel Inventory Report
  
• Mailing suppliers with a resume of their Lost Bookings on a weekly basis
  
• Sourcing Exclusive offers and keeping Exclusive offer sheet updated on a regular basis
  
• Assisting with the analysis and resolution of competitive issues as flagged on the twice weekly comparison report
  
• Identifying and providing a shortlist of outstanding contracts per contractor for the coming season
  
• Any additional ad hoc administrative tasks and mailing lists as required

Your skillset:

• Excellent administrative skills and a good knowledge of Office and Google
  
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  
• Good communication skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge and understanding of the overseas travel sector
  
• Second language Spanish
