Advice and guidance tailored to you: Formal development conversations with line managers twice a year, on top of frequent informal chats.
Plans to turn goals into reality: All of our employees have Personal Development Plans (PDPs) that act as a roadmap for personal and professional development. These plans are reviewed and updated on a regular basis throughout the year with line managers.
Management and leadership programmes: Our Passport to Management programme has been designed to develop core leadership skills across our management community. It covers a variety of topics, from how to motivate and engage your team to coaching and inclusive leadership. It’s also a great opportunity to build your network with other managers in the business.
